Overview

Join us on this brand new tour for 2018 as we enjoy an ‘all inclusive’ package in Wales. We have time in many popular Welsh resorts including Llandudno and Caernarfon.

Your Accommodation:

Royal Victoria Hotel - 3 Star

The Royal Victoria Hotel is uniquely located close to Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon, in 30 acres of gardens and woodlands, including the historic castle of Dolbadarn. Snowdon Mountain Railway is right opposite! Rooms feature telephone, TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is served by a lift.

Your Itinerary:

Day 1

Monday From your front door to the waiting Club Class coach for the drive west. Crossing the border into Wales this afternoon, we make our way to our hotel where we have time to relax before dinner this evening.

Day 2

Tuesday This morning, after a leisurely breakfast, we travel to the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. Take a stroll along the elegant promenade past pastel-coloured hotels and impeccably authentic seafront architecture just like the Victorians did! The resort’s genteel appearance is deceptive, Llandudno is bursting at the seams with things to see and do. This evening we enjoy dinner, entertainment and maybe a drink or two from the complimentary bar.

Day 3

Wednesday After breakfast, we travel into Caernarfon and take a walk around the historic town. The famous castle is a sight not to be missed. This afternoon we enjoy a scenic drive back to the hotel passing through the quaint towns and villages. This evening we enjoy another great dinner, drinks and entertainment.

Day 4

Thursday Our excursion today takes us to Conwy, a town rich in history, most still preserved within the walls and traditional structures of its buildings. In the heart of it is the mighty 13th-century castle, whose walls encapsulate this remarkable medieval town. Surrounded by lush Welsh countryside and watched over by the mighty mountains of Snowdonia, it’s a most beautiful place to visit. There is plenty to do but you could find no better way to spend your time than sitting by the harbour watching the colourful little boats against the wonderful backdrop. We return to the hotel for some free time before our final evening’s dinner.

Day 5

Friday After breakfast we bid farewell to our hosts and make our way home. Retracing our outward journey we arrive in our home areas later this afternoon to be greeted by our awaiting taxis.
