The great Dorset Steam Fair is held each year on a 600 acre site near Blandford Forum. With hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, the fair is a major event in the English calendar. While steam is the driving force, with over 200 working steam engines, it is much more, classic cars, vintage tractors, buses and military vehicles. There is room for horse power too with Shire Horse demonstrations, not forgetting rural crafts, food and music.
