Your Itinerary:

Day 1

Monday From your front door to the waiting Club Class coach for the drive north to Yorkshire arriving at our 4 star hotel with time to settle in before dinner.

Day 2

Tuesday Today we travel to York where we have included entrance to York’s Chocolate Story. Here we can discover chocolate’s origin, how to make it, how to taste in like an expert and even the future of chocolate. We also discover a host of surprising secrets and fascinating facts behind York’s greatest chocolate products. After our visit we have time in the city to explore and obtain lunch. See exquisite architecture, stroll through quaint cobbled streets, visit unique York Minster or simply watch the world go by. Later we return to the hotel in time for dinner.

Day 3

Wednesday After breakfast we make a leisurely drive through the Yorkshire Dales to Hawes where we enjoy the Wensleydale Cheese Experience. We learn about the history of the cheese and watch it being made before we savour the finished product in the shop. We have free time for lunch before making our way to the Black Sheep Brewery in Masham to meet a guide for a tour and tasting before we return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 4

Thursday We travel over the North Yorkshire Moors via Goathland, famously known as ‘Aidensfield’ in the TV series, Heartbeat, before arriving in Whitby. Here we have included a fish and chip lunch which will be followed by free time to visit the Captain Cook Museum, the Dracula Experience or enjoy the delightful seafront. We return to the hotel late afternoon for our final evening’s dinner.

Day 5

Friday After breakfast we bid farewell to our hosts and make our way home. We arrive to be greeted by our awaiting taxis after a delicious break.
